Spoil yourself with energising dishes and healthy cuisine prepared from fresh – mainly regional – produce. The following options are available: Individual nutrition plan derived from your personal nutrition profile or free choice of dishes from our varied menu. Our service includes a wide range of teas and infusions from our own herb garden.

Twice a week our chef Emanuele Giorgione offers ADLER BALANCE cookery classes for natural and balanced nutrition or dietary meals (for a small charge).
